Our Fair Oaks overbuild project aims to enhance connectivity and support future technological advances.
With a projected completion time of approximately three years, we're committed to modernizing our infrastructure to meet the demands of today and tomorrow. Expect minimal disruption as we utilize micro trenching, directional boring, and hand-digging techniques to install fiber and conduit. Your neighborhood's roads and yards will be left as we found them, ensuring a smooth transition to improved services.

The map below displays the Sections in Fair Oaks Ranch to have fiber cable installed. Years and Phase times are approximate and may change due to external factors.
Micro Trenching will happen along the road shoulder, causing minimal traffic disruption. This will be identified with signs showing the area under construction for the day. In preparation for Micro Trenching, residents will be notified in a timely manner when NOT to park their vehicles on the street. This is only temporary as to not cause unwanted damage to the vehicles.
For road crossings, we'll use Directional Boring. While the equipment may extend into residents' property in some cases, we'll take precautions to minimize any impact on landscaping, irrigation systems, or flower beds.
Hand digging, Hydro Vac and mini excavating will be used to place conduit and cable from the curb to the pedestal. These methods were chosen to be gentle on landscaping, and we'll leave yards just as we found them.
Once the conduit and fiber are in place, you may notice a thin grey line along the road shoulder. Don't worry, though—it'll disappear when the road gets resurfaced, leaving everything looking just as it should.
