The new GoGVTC app and online account portal is now available. Your new account number will be sent to you by the end of December via email or mail. Once you receive it, be sure to register for your new account!

What actions do you need to take?

STEP 1 - Re-register for your online account

The upgrade requires all our customers who have online accounts to register again. You will be able to register your account when you receive your new account number. To register on your desktop, click here. 

STEP 2 - Update your online payment options 

Once you register for your online account, you will need to update your payment options.

  1. Log in to your account on click here to be taken directly to the Auto Pay Program
  2. Click on Billing and Payments > Auto Pay Program > Sign up for Auto Pay > Choose “Card" or "Bank Account”
  3. Submit

What is the difference between the online account portal and the GoGVTC mobile app?

Both platforms are part of GVTC's new account management system for you. 
The online account portal has additional functionality that allows you to manage notifications, update your stored payment methods, and change your personal information. 

Both the web version and mobile app allow you to securely access your account information, view bills and payment history, make payments, and report outages. 

The free, secure mobile app is available to download and install on mobile devices and tablets. Please note, the GoGVTC app will be replacing the GVTC Start app.

Is the mobile app secure?

Yes. All critical information is encrypted in every transaction run and no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is stored on your phone or tablet. 

Mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account.

Where can I find my new account number?

Look for an email from GVTC sent in the month of December. This email will contain your new account number. Starting December 2021, your GVTC bill will also contain your new account number.

How do I download the GoGVTC app?

Download the app from the either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
