GVTC Wi-Fi/Internet Disclaimer:  GVTC makes no guarantees about Wi-Fi speeds and coverage service delivered with a GVTC provided device or a customer purchased device. In order to maintain your Internet connection, GVTC requires our Premium router to be connected (equipment lease required). Service performance may be affected by your proximity to the device, the number of other users/devices connected, the composition of the home/office where the device is located (wood, concrete, etc.), radio frequency interference, the capabilities or age of your laptop, tablet or other Wi-Fi capable device, and the applications you use. GVTC’s Premium Wi-Fi service is designed to provide customers with the highest speed available from the network at any given point in time, subject to the many different factors discussed above that can affect network performance. Broadband speeds are “up to” speeds which may vary due to technology in service area and other factors. In order to receive GVTC Premium WiFi, customers must also be subscribed to GVTC Fiber Internet.

Active GVTC Internet service and active GVTC Premium Wi-Fi service in the home is required for installation and continued operation of the GVTC Self-Monitoring system. Self-Monitoring equipment provided by GVTC remains the property of GVTC. In the event of the discontinuation of any service for any reason, a charge for non-returned equipment will apply. GVTC Dividends are not payable as cash, transferable or assignable. GVTC Dividends are subject to federal income tax, and GVTC will issue an IRS Form 1099-DIV to the member annually.
