STEP ONE

Enable GVTC Elevate in the Alexa App on your smartphone or mobile device.

STEP TWO

On your TV enabled with GVTC Elevate, navigate to Settings, select Amazon Alexa and then Get Code.

Select the GVTC Elevate device you would like to control with Amazon Alexa and select Continue.

I have GVTC's TV service. Why can't I use GVTC Elevate TV Guide?

GVTC Elevate TV Guide is only available to customers with GVTC TV and Internet services. To upgrade your package today, call us at 800-367-4882.

Do I need my own Netflix, Pandora and YouTube accounts?

Yes. The GVTC Elevate TV guide will allow you to access these apps directly from your TV, but you will require your own accounts with these services in order to login.

Does Amazon Alexa come with GVTC Elevate?

No. You must own your own Amazon Alexa device in order to use this feature.
